All orders purchased before 3pm Monday - Friday are shipped using a Next Day Delivery Service via our courier partner, any orders after 3pm, at Bank Holidays or the weekend will be processed and dispatched the next working day. Please bear this in mind with our delivery times.
If your order is placed after 5pm on a Friday please allow an additional day for dispatch.
Whilst almost all of the shipments will be with you the next day, please be aware that at the moment the courier network is more constrained than normal due to Covid-19.
The delivery cost per shipment is £5 to mainland UK.
Additional fees apply to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and other non-mainland UK addresses and delivery is expected to take 2 - 3 days.
We currently do not ship outside of the UK
post Brexit, mainly due to additional transit times and complexities.
WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU PLACE AN ORDER
As soon as you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email from More Lash Brewery and you will receive another email when it has been dispatched. Please note that the tracking number included on this dispatch email may take a few hours to show in the courier’s system so don’t worry if it doesn't show you the details of your delivery immediately.
If you are not in when delivery is made a card will be left with contact details for you to arrange another delivery. Should these delivery attempts fail, the goods will be returned to us and a full credit for the product will be issued to your account, minus the delivery charge.
All goods require a signature from an adult who is over the age of 18. We will not deliver alcohol to anyone under the age of 18.
If there is a problem with your order, items are faulty, or you wish to return goods for any other reason, please contact us at admin@morelashbrewery.com so that we get help you out straight away.
We cannot accept responsibility for delivery failure if you provide an incorrect address and postal code or incorrect contact telephone number. Please check this information when placing your order.
